Royal Challengers Bangalore Team: IPL 2020 RCB Players Dubai

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), the franchise team of the Indian Premier League (IPL), arrived in Dubai on August 21. The 13th season of IPL is to be played in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and all the teams are engaged in its preparations.

RCB cricketers and support staff boarded a chartered plane from Bengaluru to Dubai on August 21, but captain Virat Kohli was not present. Virat reached Dubai by a separate chartered plane. Let us tell you why Virat did not leave for Dubai with the rest of the team.

Virat has been in self-isolation for the last five months, according to reports in the Mumbai Mirror, which is why he did not travel from Mumbai to Bangalore and left Mumbai for Dubai directly. According to the Mumbai Mirror, Virat took a private chartered plane for bio-safety reasons.

Virat has been in self-isolation at his home in Mumbai with Anushka Sharma for five months and he did not want to take any risk by traveling to Bengaluru. A source told Mumbai Mirror, "He has quarantined himself in Mumbai and has also done his test for Kovid-19. That is why he did not come to Bengaluru and reached Dubai on a charter flight from Mumbai.

Virat himself shared the photo after arriving at the Dubai hotel and wrote - 'Hello Dubai!'  Meanwhile, Yujvendra Chahal, Navdeep Saini, Umesh Yadav and other RCB cricketers and support staff reached Dubai by chartered plane.  AB de Villiers, Chris Morris and Dale Steyn have also joined the RCB team.  Now all the cricketers and support staff will be in isolation for 6 days and after that they will enter the bio secure bubble and start training.
