This is loyalty training
Tre is a modern training program for teachers focusing on improving the quality of education and teachers and enabling them under diverse circumstances, as well as improving the learning outcomes at the elementary level, on the modules prepared by NCERT at the national level  Remains based.  Plan-based education tests, child rights legislation, eco club, personal social qualities etc. have been included in this training.

To improve learning outcomes at the initial level, the second phase of training fidelity training to teachers at the national level will go online this time due to the Corona epidemic.  For this, training will be given on the Deeksha App, portal of the Education Department.




In the Integrated Integrated Training Program, all teachers and school heads of class one to eight will be focused on the intellectual development of children rather than books.  In this program, teachers will be motivated and trained to encourage and promote critical thinking in children.  This will be the second phase of loyalty.  Earlier, the first phase was traditionally given at various training places in the district last year.  In which all teachers and head teachers from classes one to eight participated



Teachers must complete these three modules in a total of 15 days.  A module takes about 3 to 4 hours to complete.  For this, one has to register on the initiation app first.  The District Education and Training Institute will monitor it.  Monitoring coordinators from district level to cluster level will monitor this campaign.




Teachers will be imparted online training in 18 sessions from 1 October to 30 December for improving the learning of children, expanding the personal qualifications of teachers and creating a safe, healthy school environment.  This training is to be done through the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).  These trainings will have to be completed by all teachers, public teachers, academic coordinators, block source center coordinators and academic members of the district education and training institute within the stipulated time.  For this, the State Education Center has issued a directive to the relatives by issuing instructions.

 President of Progressive Teachers Trust, Sanjay Sharma says that this training initiative will strengthen the quality of school education and teachers.  In order to cater to the different educational needs of students and teachers over time, this type of training proves to be better in the direction of innovative teaching.  This effort of the department is a meaningful beginning in this direction.




Under the guidelines of the Government of India, the School Education Department is starting a loyalty online training program for all teachers from class one to eight on the module prescribed by NCERT from 1 October 2020.  The objective of the program is to provide continuous professional development of two lakh 70 thousand 202 teachers of the state including Chhindwara and to provide access to various quality teaching-learning resources, which will help the teachers to meet the diverse needs of children.





Training will be conducted under CM Rise.  It is said that 18 quality training modules have been prepared by NCERT experts in the Nishtha Digital Training Program.  Under the program, training will start on three courses every week.  Thus the prescribed training in all 18 courses is to be completed in three months.  It will be mandatory for all teachers to get the said training, only after which the certificate will be issued and the provisions for strict action against those who do not have been fixed.
