T20 World Cup / India lost to Pakistan in the World Cup

T20 World Cup / India lost to Pakistan in the World Cup

Pakistan won the T20 World Cup by 10 wickets
Shameful defeat in India's first match
Here are the top 5 reasons behind India's defeat
This is the first time in 29 years that Pakistan has beaten an Indian team in a World Cup match.  The opening pair of captain Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan played a superb innings, which led Pakistan to a humiliating defeat to India.  However, there are 5 main reasons for losing this match.

 Hunter of opener Shaheen

The biggest reason for the defeat was Pakistan's fast bowler Shaheen Afridi's bowling against India.  Shaheen Afridi is the fastest wicket of India's top 3 batsmen.  Afridi defeated K.L.  When Rahul and Rohit Sharma were dismissed, they took Virat Kohli's wicket in their second spell.  With this, Shaheen Afridi has been made Man of the Match.

 Couldn't finish hearty

Another reason for the defeat was that Hardik Pandya, who came on the field with Virat Kohli, could not finish.  Hardik caught in an attempt to play a big shot.  Harris Raff's third ball bounced more and Hardik could not play this well.  The ball bounced high in the air towards the extra covers and was easily caught out.

 The sixth bowler lost

The third reason for the defeat is that Ravindra Jadeja, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammad Shami, Jaspreet Bumrah and Varun Chakraborty were the five bowlers in the Indian team.  Jock Hardik Pandya suffered a great loss.  Not bowling Hardik Pandya was a concern for a team as they are troubled by their own back injuries.  Hopefully he will recover soon and be seen bowling in this World Cup.  He did this before the match against Pakistan, but while batting he injured his right shoulder.  The ball hit his shoulder while batting.  They also failed to bat.  The BCCI said that while batting, Hardik Pandya was hit with the ball, now he has been taken for a scan.

 No wickets in powerplay

Pakistan made a good start to the runchase and went on to win without losing a wicket.  India were looking for wickets, but no wickets in the powerplay.  This is the fifth reason for India's defeat.

 Century Partnership of Pakistani Openers

Pakistan's openers Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwa batted brilliantly and breathed a sigh of relief after giving the team the victory.  Rizwan was unbeaten on 79 off 55 balls and Babur on 68 off 52 balls.  Both the partners have scored a total of 147 runs.  This century partnership of Pakistan's openers has also become the final and fifth reason for India's defeat.
